The delivery will NOT be made to anyone other than the person who has ordered the item or to someone whom the buyer has identified as the receiver. Artlovers.biz reserves the right to deliver the consignment by whatever mode suitable to them. The person who receives the item must inspect the parcel or consignment and satisfy himself or herself that no physical damage has occurred. The parcel should not be accepted in case damage is noted visibly at the outside itself.

In case any damage is observed after opening, the person must lodge a complaint through web portal or by email about the damage immediately. They should also preserve the packing with all the materials for our verification later. Artlovers.biz will take appropriate action as per replacement and exchange policy. No complaint will be entertained if it is lodged after 48 hours of delivery.

If the item is found to be damaged, we shall take a decision about refunding or replacement on a case to case basis. In any case ArtLovers.biz will only compensate to the value of the order and not for any consequential effects.
