We welcome queries from bulk/wholesale/institutional buyers and can also custom-make some items (e.g handicrafts items) for large buyers. Please contact us.

5. What are the payment options available at artlovers.biz?

You can purchase using Master, Visa and Diners Club cards. Amex cards are NOT accepted at present.
You can also pay directly through your bank account if you have online transaction facility from your bankers. Our payment gateway supports Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, and Citi Bank. Shortly, ICICI bank customers also will be provided this direct debit facility.

Some of the delicate products can be delivered only within Bangalore. All prices shown are inclusive of shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based upon approximate weight of the item, the destination and the shipping option.

10. Do i receive confirmation for my order?

Yes, you will receive mail . Orders subject to confirmation and acceptance.
If not accepted, 100% of the payment will be refunded.

11. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Please note that the order is delivered within 8 15 business days to the recipient. However, there can be an instance when an expensive item or an order of large quantity is placed which might take some time to procure and this can present delays to the shipment of your order. In such a situation you will be informed of the nature of delay and expected timeframe regarding shipment of your order.

12. Do you have a return policy?

Please note that a return is made in case of any of the following:

Damaged items getting delivered
Delivery of wrong items – not according to your order

Yes. We can custom-design artifacts/commission paintings. Please email us with your detailed requirements at info@artlovers.biz and we will revert to you with a proposed design, and an estimate of the cost and making time.

18. If I order a gift through your site, can it be delivered directly to the recipient?

Yes. You just need to provide the address of the recipient when you place the order, and it will be delivered directly. We will also gift-wrap the item if you so wish. Request you to send us a mail to info@artlover.biz about the item/s you wish to be sent as gifts after placing the order.
